Club Jerseys - pre-order form

How it works: When we reach the minimum order of ten items, we will place a order. So we cannot say exactly when you will receive your things.

Please send the form once for each item. So if you want to order a jersey, jacket and gloves, you will need to send the form three times. Fields in red are required.

We will contact you to confirm your order and ask for payment.

Payments: You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or cash. All orders must be paid in advance. We cannot place your order with the manufacturer until your payment is confirmed. A 4% surcharge will be applied to PayPal orders.
